Marquee is a non-standing HTML code which causes text or image to scroll up, down, left and right automatically. Marquee text or image attracted people. Marquee code was first invited by Microsoft's Internet Explore and it is still supported by Firefor, Safari, Opera and Chromo. You can create a scrolling marquee text by use < marquee> tag. It up to you which thing you want to show in motion either it is text or images. You can Even scrolling from every side from top to bottom or bottom to top and left to right or right to left.
